The problem with this surgery is mainly due to the poor behaviour of the receptionists. What atrocious people. Constantly ignoring the patients waiting at the counter while they chat away. Ignoring the phone calls for more than 20 minutes. They are rude and aggressive, rolling their eyes at the patients. I have never seen or experienced such behaviour! Maybe, they have been receptionists for ages and are tired. They should be let go immediately. Find different jobs, and leave healthcare to those who have empathy! |

One particular doctor is the first gp of Tamworth Medical centre to show understanding of my ailments. I am a sufferer of High blood pressure which has led to further complications. I have felt alone in this illness and I'll advised in the past. The doctor has worked with both myself and the medical team at St George's hospital to provide the correct treatment for me. I walk into her office knowing I am going to meet with a doctor who is patient, good listener and with sound medical knowledge, to point me in the right direction. I feel really blessed to have her as my doctor. She is professional, crosses no boundaries and a good example of how a doctor should be. |
