Each time I call the practice, staff are always helpful whether I am booking an appointment to see a doctor or when I need an emergency prescription or blood test. Most of the receptionists that I have met in person were positive and presented themselves with a smile. This makes me feel welcome! | ||||||

The practice nurse was really good! It was my first cervical smear - I was terrified and delayed my smear for many months. She allayed my fears and made me feel comfortable. She explained the process in great detail and answered all questions I had. I would highly recommend her she is extremely professional, personable and her skills are exceptional! Thanks Bishopsford Medical Centre | ||||||

We have been a patient for some 20 years plus with Bishopsford Road Medical Centre and would like to say that the staff are and have always remained very polite/helpful /and friendly it is nice to see that this continues over the years there has been some changes like the reception /waiting room area which looks very nice and it is also so nice to see that there are old staff that are still there and who recognise us and help us at all times with our prescriptions and give us advice cannot fault the service at all . | ||||||
