We are vetted on what we can write about a Drs surgery NHS that should be willing to hear! For humanity this surgery disliked as it ignores the patient it cuts the time of visits when it’s in the wrong it’s impossible to get appointment s on the phone.it uses mental health as a dark cover of the truth regarding perception that disallows any progress since 1999 still at 2018 no progress with regards to communication or complaints thus no treatment for physical issues affecting the anatomy the opposite of saving via astronomy or any reality the pay is not affected when patients suffer |

My husband and I have been patients at this surgery for more than 25 years. Both our children have been there since birth and we’ve never had cause for complaint. Both GP’s have always been extremely efficient and empathetic and have always been there to support us through crises in our lives. The practice nurse is down-to-earth, helpful and funny and gives great practical advice and the reception stuff have been great - always trying to stay positive and polite, even in the face of difficult patients, which I have seen happen sometimes when I’ve been waiting to see the doctor/nurse. It’s a busy practise, dealing with a huge range of patients from different backgrounds. So it does sometimes get crowded. But having two doctors, who have been at the surgery for so long, is so much nicer than a huge impersonal health centre. The doctors know your medical history and take a personal interest in you and your family, which is really comforting. All the staff are caring and dedicated to their work, so I can’t ever see my family leaving! I would definitely recommend them as an excellent surgery to join. |
