This surgery is by far one the best surgeries in the Richmond area. The doctors are itruly talented and gifted doctors. She cares for her patients and pays attention to every detail during her consultations. She listens to her patients and this is rare nowadays, as GPs are overwhelmed with the number of patients waiting to see them. Every member of the staff is absolutely wonderful, even when they are busy, they always treat patients with respect and go out of their way to help, with a smile. And a special shout out to the nurse and the sweet healthcare assistant who is kind and gentle. I hate needles but I think I will let her stick me for the much dreaded and feared blood test. I hope every single one of them know how much they are appreciated. | ||||||

What a pleasure it is to be able to interact with staff members of a practise who know how to really show care, concern, interest and have a sense of life about them.
Two members of staff are 2 such people, managing the front office and reception of this practise.
Their approach changed my generally lethargic view of the practise to one of genuine positivity.

I would highly recommend kew medical practice, I have been a patient only for a short time, my registration was fast and simple. Each time I have needed an appointment I have been seen on the day, pre bookable appointments are only a week ahead. Doctors are very caring and have involved me in my treatment. Receptionists are friendly and more than willing to help. Can't fault. | ||||||
