Can never get an appointment. Can never get through - always turned away and told system is frozen for 2 weeks. Not allowed to book via email or online. Please help people who have jobs and cannot call at 8.30 in the morning. A lot of serious illnesses are going to go untreated. I have had tests done at kingston hospital and have been told to call gp to discuss but these results have also gone missing. Please change the booking system or have some online flexibility. |
