I have been with this practice 15 years and had the same nurse throughout. She is kind , knowledgeable and wonderful with children. She is now helping me navigate my teenagers whilst menopausal. We forget how great our NHS is. I didn’t like the new message system at first but again she talked me through it and now I can easily reach her. There has been a lot of change of doctors but they all seem very capable. I love the clean environment and lovely red nurses uniforms. A well run practice. |

The receptionists at this practice are rude and unhelpful. When you manage to see a doctor, they are great but it is really difficult to get appointments at this surgery. My partner had a huge lump on his ankle and was refused a physical appointment. Twice had a phone appointment and had to send photos of the lump. Turned out it was Lyme disease but by the time they agreed to see him in person it was too late to treat it. I joined this medical practice three years ago when I moved to Richmond but will be leaving this surgery, as it’s the worst medical practice I’ve ever used. |

The receptionists at this practice seem to see themselves as enforcers of surgery regulations and not as people who are supposed to be in anyway helpful. 5 mins late for a 1 year olds doctors appointment and turned away and not given another for 2 weeks even though I saw the last patient leave late - this is just one of many examples it's almost as if they try to be unhelpful. |
