Truth is whether they are medical professionals. Almost 10 months with a medical problem, become 50 times worse. I am suffering medical negligence. Everyday suffering no solution being offered. I feel they like my suffering and enjoying seeing me tears and pain. That's why. I am going to die soon and will leave a note about what happened. |

Doctors are helpful but the receptionists are very rude. I always wonder if the surgery has done a special search to find all these receptionist who are not friendly. How all can be same?? |

I find Dr's V Shah & Dr Pepra very kind, helpful & listen to what you are saying. When I have needed hospital referrals it is done. The reception staff are pleasant & helpful in my experience. The Dr's give you all the time you need. I have never felt rushed. A surgery I was with in Purley had a 5 minutes maximum appt time in which you could only discuss one issue. Would recommend. |
