Trying to get an appointment at this practice is a total joke. I have been at this practice for 31 years and am sorry to say the service in the last 10 years has steadily declined to a point now we're you can't even make a GP appointment .phone lines never answer and when you go in to the practice in person to make an appointment you are simply told no and to ring in at 8 am the next morning. I have tried for 4 days before I got an answer and was then told none available when I got through at 9.30 am total joke this place needs sorting out . people are suffering because of there bad service |

I had a very bad turn after being on antibiotics I rang the surgery for help they were fantastic all through the months Dr weeks rang me once a week to make sure I was ok and ordering prescription s is so easy as the pharmacy is right next door they work together they are good as well I feel very looked after by them all well done team your brilliant thankyou |

Poor communication by receptionist staff very rude! Being spoken to like a naughty child although I myself also work in the health and social therefore I knew what I was talking about. |
