The receptionist here is one of the rudest humans I have ever spoken too, is she aware she is getting paid to answer the phones? The way she spoke to me was as if I had asked her to donate me her kidney, absolutely disgusting if your going to be a receptionist basic manners should be a must. That lady should be sacked immediately I am appalled. | ||||||

We have always struggled to get a reasonable appointment via the online system, often needing to book over 2 weeks in advance.
On the day emergency appointments are horrifically difficult to get as you have to repeatedly phone and compete with everyone else trying to get one.
We have been forced to attend A&E due to inappropriate antibiotics being prescribed leading to worsening of our son's condition. We shall be moving ASAP. | ||||||

I had a ‘flu vaccination at Fetcham surgery .Ten days later I still can’t move my arm without severe pain . Unable to drive ,swim ,run,shop etc. Good job I am retired. The doctor I saw is unsympathetic and defensive. Did not even offer pain killers. Said it was arthritis . Did not know flu jab caused arthritis? This jab was given wrongly. Shouldn’t happen . | ||||||
