This has been my Doctor's surgery for over ten years and has consistently shown to go beyond their requirements. Each and ever time I have had to use them for either my own health or my daughters' health needs, I have received an exemplary level of care and have either been issued the correct advice, medicines and or referrals etc with ease and speed. Much to the envy of my friends, who are not with this surgery, I was even able to see a Physiotherapist, that operates on site at the Surgery, in order to assist straight away with a very painful lower back injury. In the Reception, this surgery has a comprehensive display wall notifying patients of many activities, community events and programmes, in order to make available to patients a variety or opportunities that focus on building and strengthening overall well being and mental health. For example, Yoga Classes are available at the surgery, IT support and learning classes, Choir, Allotment group meet ups, Walking (outdooor) meeting ups - the list goes on. Most of these opportunities are either free or heavily subsidised - I think this Doctors Surgery is great and thank you. |

This gp surgery has in recent years gone downhill. All the good doctors have now retired. The last time I booked an appointment there was nothing for 2 weeks. I have seen various doctors at this surgery and none of them seem to care and are not prepared to listen properly. This year alone I have asked for 3 separate call backs about an existing matter but they never call. |
