No consideration for people on shift work went over there then told to go online told them I was on nights, they said get someone else to book an appointment no customer service at all two phone calls and two visits to get an appointment only when I asked to see the practice manager to complain did I get an appointment needs a total overhaul they should be taking calls for appointments over practices do. |

Lack of putting the patient first and inflexible to the point of being dickensian. If you do try and call you have a 35 minute wait on hold.. so if their website doesnt have a box you conveniently fit into its just tough luck. Their systems for funnelling patients are broken. Seems that Covid became an excuse for them to permanently keep patients at arms length. Nothing good to say about them.. |

Disgusting service hate that nurse !! Had to beg for antibiotics and ear spray !! First thing she said was out on a mask I said I had took a covid test from work and it was negative. Had to wait in the car which was freezing haven done a full night shift waiting for a phone call tb come in was told I had to wear a mask I went in said I had a cough for about four weeks and was coifing up green studf !! She said it was virtual and not a chest infection and an ear I fectio. Said I wa all clear for both and was exaggerated al my Symptoms I explained that I wa going on holiday the following week she said to me well you have travel insurance what a fucking bitch take. My childean to this hatch and always ending in hospital admission |
