I spoke to Richard Barker from The Lister today in reception. I was amazed at how incredibly helpful he was. I needed to find out about prescription charges and he went out if his way to help me, even calling me at home afterwards with more useful information, and he booked me in for an appointment. A really great experience from a caring and polite staff member. Thank you so much! | ||||||

I had an appointment with Nasima Begum. Her rapport was very good, she took her time to explain the procedure and she was very patient. Infact she has a good understanding of what she is doing. Her explanations really help to alleviate fears and stress before the actual procedure. She is a wonderful Lady and she needs a promotion to the next level. | ||||||
