Receptionists very polite, I’ve recently seen a doctor over the past week or so and she is so considerate , kind professional and very thorough, great surgery, would recommend. |

I have always found the Doctors to be informative, helpful and professional. Calls are triaged and a doctor will call within a short time. However, my experience with the front-line staff can be hit and miss. It depends on who deals with you. My last experience at the Surgery left my husband and me feeling emotionally violated. I was seeking advice and because she didn't have an answer, chose defensiveness as a response. I asked the question again and was abruptly told, to move away from the counter. This is not the type of service I expect when using Surgery. It is just not good enough! |

Re: Flu Jab. I am sick and tired of bringing this to the attention of the practice. This has started since last year and seems to be happening again. i am constantly getting text messages about the flu jub. I have declined, deleted, and contacted the surgery. I even spoke to the manager who said she will look into it and call me. No such thing. I left a note for the surgery on 27/8/20 explaining what is happening. I have no had any feed back. I would like to manager to looking in to this, sort out this out so that I am NOT bombarded with messages, esp., when I decline. Is this going to happen every year. If you don't have the courtesy to reply why would you need my contact details |
