I have only had very positive experiences at Grafton Square, the receptionists were exceptionally helpful and very accommodating to the issue I needed solving. I cannot reccomend this surgery enough and the doctors have always been very nice. | ||||||

I have been registered with Grafton Square surgery for several years and cannot fault their service. I am always able to get an appointment at a time that suits me, including a same day appointment if you ring when the surgery opens. Appointments are always running on time and for the majority of appointments I am called in early. All the doctors and nurses I have encountered have been friendly and approachable, and have allowed me to feel comfortable when discussing concerns and receiving treatment.The medical advice I have received has always been honest but reassuring, allowing me to feel understood, supported and involved in decisions. | ||||||
