Incredibly rude and very unhelpful receptionists, they were evidently not even trying to help. They gave no valid reasons for not being able to help, and instead of suggesting what I could do, they were defensive and rude. I have moved a few times and genuinely have never come across a worse GP practice before. Will be changing GP after this incident. | ||||||

By far the worst GP practice I've ever been registered at. Been trying to get an appointment every day for the last two weeks and still nothing available. I once managed to get an appointment last year and the doctor was an hour late. | ||||||

I am so pleased I have found Albion Street Group Practice in my neighbourhood. I have been seen by several doctors, and every one of them have exceeded my expectation: they provide great care, they are compassionate and have excellent knowledge, nonetheless are friendly and warm ( behaviour which is usually overlooked by other doctors who I have met in other surgeries). My partner also has been visited by different doctors and was very pleased by the experience. In my humble opinion, by far the best surgery I have come across in London ( and I have seen many). On one occasion they had to cancel my appointment ( I understand things can happen and that’s ok) and they’ve managed to reschedule it for the next day. Keep up with the good work.
