Had to be temporarily registered with this Surgery. From Administrator to Medical secretary to Doctor/Managing Partner; all were friendly, quick and efficient. Follow-through was immediate and speedily pushed me up the queue for speciality diagnostics. I thoroughly recommend this surgery and would give it 110 % if I could. | ||||||

I think Brockwell Park Surgery has lost the service it used to have since the pandemic. Whilst waiting for a consultation this week. I sadly witnessed a young lady maybe mid 20s who was upset and looked In high amounts of Pain being shouted at by members of staff. This young lady then went on to have a fall in the reception area smacking her face hard on the floor. Nobody asked her if she was OK. She was told “just get up”. I have been registered here for 40+ years and never experienced such poor service. It’s such a shame! I really hope Brockwell Park Surgery work hard on improvements getting back to the exceptional standards they used to have. | ||||||

Such a great GP surgery!
Reception staff here are professional and knowledgable - they are always working to help you and find suitable solutions to whatever situation you might be in.
I've never visited to see a nurse, but every GP that i've seen here for a variety of health conditions have discussed my issues and spent time to explain possible treatment options or routes. Care from the practise and also from referrals to local hospitals has been fantastic!
The community garden to the rear of the practise is a great idea and adds to the community feel!
