I have been visiting this GP for many years and never had too many issues. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years have had bad experiences with them. I've had recurring health and pain problems that were not taken seriously by the doctors, and I was told consistently for 2 years that chronic pain would just get better by itself. The attitude of some of the doctors here made me feel incredibly bad and as if I was faking my condition. The lack of care and involvement, or ability to provide effective treatment has made me change surgeries after 20 years, as I do not trust that they will be helpful if I get ill again. | ||||||

I have been a patient at this GP surgery for over 20 years.
Myself and my family have always been treated with dignity and respect.
All staff are professional yet kind, caring and friendly making any visit/experience as comfortable as possible, from general appointments to minor surgery I have experienced it all and would not want to be with any other GP. Whenever visiting I always feel I have the doctors full attention and am never judged. I feel supported and cared for and knowing the amount of patients at this surgery it is a testament to all staff that I feel that way at every visit.
I would recommend this surgery and in particular my doctor to everybody. Thank you all for your kindness, time and help over the last 20 years. | ||||||
