I went to c doctor last week December as I had an ashma attack while I was in college.but the doctor checked my chest over and all gave me anti biotics but didn't check my ears or eyes cos a week later IV taken myself up to Lewisham hospital and checked my ears as IV been in pain for sometime.moorside doctor just gave me some spray for my ear but the hospital looked properly in my ears and said I had a burst ear drum.hole in my ear.had it for sometime.they think since I had my attack.hospital gave me cyclizine tablets and dilhdrocodine tablets and some more antibiotics clarithromycin.and I'm waiting on my ear drops.i no the covid is still about but these doctors r not checking patients properly.i basically could of been really ill in put myself into hospital.and plus the receptionist at this clinic is disgusting.tell u to call at 1 and than there fully booked I'm not happy with this practice as I'm been with them since churchdown.pleade can u look into this .thank u | ||||||

i have always had a good experience with the staff at this practice. The doctor I see is always cheerful and respectful. When my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy on time the admin staff I dealt with was very helpful and supportive and ensure it was dealt with that day. | ||||||

I registered with this practice when I moved to the area in the February of this year. I enquired about the patient access app as I had this with my previous doctor and found it useful. Since being with this practice it has never worked and no one seems to be able to help me with getting this sorted. I asked one of the receptionists and she looked at me blank and said she didn't know how to sort this. I had received a txt message saying that I was due a smear test and I booked an appointment of which this was cancelled twice by the surgery. I saw the doctor last week for pains in my neck and shoulder to which he gave me cream and he then questioned me about why I was entitled to the flu jab. I explained that I used to be my ex husbands carer but I was no longer and therefore not entitled. He looked at my records and told me that I was down as being a cardiac patient and that I also have brittle bone disease (none of this is true) he updated the details and then today I went for my smear test. The receptionist was not very pleasant and I booked in and took a seat. I was then called and when I saw the nurse she asked why I was there. I explained that it was for a smear test and she then told me I was not due till 2020. I asked why the surgery had contacted me and said I was due and she didn't know. She then mentioned the flu jab again to which I explained that the details are wrong and I am not entitled to it. Needless to say I am not very confident in this surgery and I am registering with another one. | ||||||
