I booked into the practice to get an appointment which was immediate and I was able to see the doctor the next day. I was listened to fully and time was taken to check my symptoms. The doctor has a very good manner and is very caring towards my wellbeing. He was able to involve me in decisions made and get me to see a specialist very quickly. I cannot recommend Hetherington enough to people, it's a very good NHS practice. | ||||||

I was visiting the practice for an ongoing medical problem. The doctor made me feel at ease and really listen to what my problem is. He wrote a really good letter to my work.Thank you to everybody at Hethering Group Practice and the NHS for being such great help. | ||||||

I have been registered with the practice for several years and have always found the service to be very good. It is easy to get an appointment, and the reception staff are very friendly. I have seen both GPs and practice nurses before, and both have been excellent. The staff are informative, tell you all the necessary information and make shared decisions with you. | ||||||
