Consistently poor experiences over many years: denial of referrals leading to late diagnoses, questionable record keeping, failure to uphold NHS constitution (which i doubt theyve ever read), gdpr breaches, absence of empathy or compassion. On the contrary. Demonstrable lack of ethics. Racist and xenophobic. I have evidence (documentary and audio) to prove my assertions. | ||||||

I would like to recommend the fantastic Receptionist. I had a MRI scan dated 16th August 2019. For almost a month my results had not come through. I had called up St Georges Hospital and they were not helpful. On the 17th September I went to Valley Road Surgery and spoke with the receptionist she reassured me and made sure she would sort it out. She called St Georges and requested for my results to be sent to the surgery. She then explained to me that she would send an email and would make sure it gets on to my record. In the evening I received a Text message indicating that my MRI scan results were on my records. She is an absolute gem and a wonderful receptionist. Valley Road Surgery are extremely lucky!!! | ||||||
