My son has experienced terrible panic attacks. Yesterday he lost speech and walked looking like a drunk; I was so scared about this. I called the GP, but the receptionist; was horrible at giving me an appointment after challenging them to an appointment. she give me one at 10;30 I am running a little late due to my son's condition; I had to wait at the door for nearly 10 minutes to get in after reception said she needed to talk dr if he was available to attend my son after 25 min said dr couldn't do it, is terrible because the condition of 10 years old, and looking for the correct direction, I take him to A&E st thomas was very helpful, I'll transfer to different GP now, the medical Inhumanity is terrible, after that reception offer face to face appointment for 16. August, ( what is that, CHILDREN what I need care, this GP is terrible, used to be good one, but not anymore, ( 0 ) is my score, |

I litterally have anxiety everytime i even think about calling this surgery. The recepionists are rude and generally unhelpful. They do not have many appointments when you do get one it is at least a month away. You go to the surgery and have to wait at least an hour to be seen. The new drs seem reluctant to actually take ailments seriously. Ive come there with a baby with scarlet fever before and was advised it was a stomach ache, and migraines that they refused to take seriously until i ended up in hospital. The latest is when you call they kerp you on hold for hours, when you get through they say no appointments can even be booked until next week. |

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. I had to wait over a year for a referral to a dermatologist, the GP kept insinuating that I should go for a sexual health check as the skin condition could be HIV/AIDS. I had been for a sexual health screening every month and had negative results plus I take Prep and hadn't slept with anyone for 6 months yet she kept telling me as a gay man that's the only thing she could think of. Once I finally got a dermatologist referral they blamed me for not following up with them when the dermatologist wrote to the GP to prescribe a repeat medication. They said I should have called them and booked an appointment so I could talk to the Dr about the letter THEY received! How the F*** would i know they received a letter?!? The staff in the reception are rude, they are unable to schedule anything correctly. To try get in touch with them on the phone to book an appointment expect to wait at least an hour and then they will probably hang up on you. Honestly stay away - You get better medical care/diagnosis from a survey in the back of a glossy magazine. |
