i think that Herne Hil Practice is dreadful you ring at 0800 to be told by a message that there are already 52 patients before you i rang recently and waited 55 minutes to get through this is totally unacceptable you are told you wait only 10 to 15 minutes by the practice manager wh is totally untrue they neaed to sort themselves out. sometimes when i ring all i hear in the back ground is laughing is this is what the practice is coming to |

I think the practice has taken too many patients. It is totally unacceptable that one rings at 08:00 has to wait for 28 minutes for the phone to be answered and then when answered, the lady who answered (not a doctor) does not refer you to a doctor but a pharmacist. Nikolaos Sideris |
