Been with doctors some time now I cant get to see a doctor and now my blood test are in again and being made to wait 2 more days till they will tell me as they are busy . I worried sick about my health I'm my sons carer and if anything happens to me who will take care of him. I've seen a receptionists push a patient with a bad leg out the door and trap her foot in the door while shouting at her then let me in and made a racist comment about her Hate it there bloody rude if you ask me new receptionists worse than old ones | ||||||

Disorganised and chaotic. Even getting straight forward, simple advice is an uphill task. I would probably have been generous enough to give 2 star pre-pandemic but now they have deteriorated to a point that I actually worry for their patients. | ||||||
