Getting an appointment is impossible, almost like they don’t want you to have one as it’s too much trouble. The brick wall are the receptionist who seem to think they are doctors. Extremely unhelpful and don’t listen. The whole place needs a revamp, the building and especially the staff. | ||||||

I feel that during the Covid pandemic the surgery should man their phones all day and not shut down access to patients for two hours at lunchtime.Everything at the moment is being done by econsult or phone so phones should be manned.I had a telephone appointment and the doctor called at 1218.I missed the call by seconds and tried to call back immediately but was redirected to the reception which was closed to incoming calls for two hours.In desperation because I did not want to miss my appointment I phoned the lady who helps people with the e consult form and she said the number I was phoning was the only number she had.I find the girls on reception at Holly house lovely and very helpful,so this is just a recommendation to improve service for the times we are in | ||||||

My mother moved in with me from north England to London, near this GP. The transfer of her medical details were dealt with efficiently with competence.Though I could not get through on the phone as they are always busy I popped in to see them face to face and they dealt with my queries with good advice and quickly. | ||||||
