Covid restrictions are over but you still can't see a GP what the he'll are they doing. Online is not the way forward. It'd lazy most GPs have gone back to normal bellegrove just can't be bothered to return to normal. | ||||||

I have been at this surgery for 20 years. On the wall is a sign saying “ please notify us of your change of address” then they drop you like a hot potato, even though you can still walk to the surgery. It was important that my son { who has special needs} remained with a safe known environment so they have caused anxiety and stress. Also i attend 3 monthly and prescriptions etc are causing stress wether we will get them. I have bothered to give them good reviews in the past. | ||||||

For 20 years i have thought this surgery and staff were the very best. But once you move,even though you can still walk to the surgery you are dropped. They have a sign on their wall saying “ please notify us of change of address” all i can say is do not do that! | ||||||
