His seem to be making decisions about patients treatment, he knows better than the tissue viability clinic, I've had two problems with prescriptions, first on Christmas Eve 2018,now 25th September 2019.i tried to move to a new gp, but all are no longer taking on local people only new people to the area are welcome. I'm now considering coming off my medication because it nothing but trouble when the pharmacist gets involved.
I was going to speak to the practice manager, somehow I think this will make no difference. | ||||||

This is probably the worst Surgery in Medway, very rude staff, on a recent occasion I went in the receptionists were more interested in there online shopping then seeing to patients who were waiting at the desk. I would not recommend this surgery I've now changed surgeries and it's a breath of fresh air to have decent and polite staff. I submitted a form to be completed by the DR I was told there was a FOUR MONTH WAIT!!! also I'd be charged for it, so 4 MONTHS as well as paying for the wait. On another occasion they did not submit my forms for physio, and when queried it, they tried to blame the hospital. I do not recommend this surgery very rude and abrupt staff. | ||||||
