Dr Stacey and indeed the staff continue to be always efficient and at all times friendly . Dr Stacey has been my GP for many years now and I hope for many yet to come. When I listen to others stories of feeling let down or not listened by their GPS I feel almost guilty! I have been with this GP for about fifteen years and I am now 70 years old. I was worried when the surgery moved from Hempstead to Luton about the difficulty in getting to it for appointments but that problem has been relieved by the availability of online same-day appointment booking where I can plan the day and time of booking. In my opinion the Dr is an excellent GP. He does not pretend to know everything and does not hesitate to refer you for tests etc. if need be. I am the kind of person who hates to make a fuss and will put off seeing anyone for as long as possible, but he is never condescending or patronising or impatient. The practice manager is also very professional, efficient and caring and discrete. It is a pity the premises are a bit substandard but what matters is the level of professional care which this practice delivers well. | ||||||
