you stand more chance of getting 3 numbers on the lottery than getting apoiment rang 75 times sorry no appointments again and again 2 years ago doctor told me to have blood test nothing wrong lacking B12 week later did not feel well another doctor phoned me sent me straight to hospital woops got CANCER I will never phone them ever again ME BAD ATERATUDE NOW ) if I die that's it got call from reception's doctor wants to check your COPD by phone your having a laugh what cough down the phone I hung up now use local DRUG DEALER down the street NO APPOIMENTS get through in 2 rings wow and don't get me started on the recepetions book comes out on MONDAY £9.99 from WH. SMITH'S ???? | ||||||

I agree that the Receptionist at this surgery are terrible and lacks emphaty. They are not doctors and the way they behave with taking your information is beyond belief. Don't mention the silly appointment system of ringing at 8am. The lottery for appointments must stop. No facility to book in advance unless its for 2 weeks and if those are gone you will have to wait until they do the following month rota. This surgery is not fit for purpose! | ||||||
