The Surgery Railway Street

Very rude stuff and worsts is unexperienced stuff including doctor (didn’t know on market is coughing syrup for babies) when I told him I bought it for my baby he was surprised something like that exists. This GP surgery should be shut!

I have been with this surgery since birth. Gowing up having the same doctor for the majority of the time has been a pleasure and I have never had any issues however, since the practise has changed hands I am severly disappointed with this surgery. I havent yet seen the new doctor there and am still seeing the old doctor while he hands over. The doctor isnt the problem its getting to see the doctor in the first place. Now I dont want to blast the receptionists as it cant be a nice place to work at the moment with the constant negativity and complaints and it's not their fault that there aren't appointments left, however in my opinion, they make this worse for themselves. They show no empathy and are very black and white. One of the receptionists there sounds very smug on the phone and quite often they are just plain rude. No one wants to constantly complain about the surgery but seriously what is being done about it?! Hardly any of the negative reviews on here has responses? Now to expect patients to ring at 8am on the dot for an appointment and sit pressing redial for sometime up to 20 minutes to then get through and be told that there arent any appointments left and to keep calling at 8am isnt practical. Even if i call for an appointment in 2 weeks time i get told they dont have anything which really isnt good enough. The appointment booking service needs to be looked at and quickly. I think that the doctor who has taken over needs to start taking responsibility for the shambles!
