Awful surgery can never get through on phone if you ring after 10 to explain you have spent an hour since 8 am trying, you get told by receptionist to try again tomorrow or go to walk in centre. How is this practice going to manage if they open in the old Debenhams I will object to the council to allow this . | ||||||

i saw gutted how manor road has go down hill doc well not lot lifted at this plase my miss paula given up at this point when she need help y has this all happing got my Owen problems think is time salted this out b for same one lose there life i bin with manor road over 10 year and my miss 15 year when u need help well all do is on line still it hard work get it done thank mick and staff have there hand tied i fill sorry for staff when big boss need salt this out for clinic | ||||||

On hold for 40 mins so far, and been in caller position 1 for 15 mins.. Also calling in another phone. And gone from caller 7 to 5... But still caller number 1 on other phone.. How does this place still function as a doctors.. They are useless... Might fire another phone up soon just for the hell of it.. Now caller 1 and 2. | ||||||
