Since changing to “Canterbury medical centre” we have experienced what can onto be described as negligence. GP’s will prescribe without diagnosis, that’s if you get through to one! They will offer this via receptionists instead of speaking to you directly (extremely worrying). Its a terrible surgery and its worrying how many people will be made to suffer due to its inept staff. |

after my wasted appointment with the nurse practitioner, I came home with pain in both my ears, so bad I ended up going down to the A and E at Margate hospital, seen by doctor who gave me a prescription for an infection, this could so easily have been dealt with at Canterbury medical practice when I want for my appointment that very morning. |

My experience with Canterbury medical practice, a complete waste of my time.(two buses there, two buses back home) 1 hour 40 minutes in total.my appointment time with the nurse practitioner 25 seconds, only to be told what I already knew was my problem, so I am sent back to reception and makes an appointment to see a nurse.( next available appointment with a nurse is in two months time. God down I miss cossington house surgery. |
