Haven’t been at this surgery for long but just wanted to write a review as I feel it’s important to give praise where needed.
Reception staff that I have dealt with have all been amazing , so too have the nurses & Dr’s. They all make you feel like a person & not just a number.
A real gem of a surgery, one which I’m blessed to be a patient of.
A big thank you to all the wonderful staff members. You are appreciated. | ||||||

I find the staff in this surgery, reception and medical, to be helpful, professional and kind. Despite being busy the doctor always takes time to explain things to me. The nursing staff are friendly and give sound advice. | ||||||

fantastic, accessible service. Never had to wait for an appointment for very long. Good mix of routine and urgent on the day appointments. Doctors very accommodating, thorough and empathetic -always made to feel at ease and my expectations and concerns always explored. Pleasant reception staff too - working in a GP surgery myself as a clinician, I understand the volume of supportive work reception do for patients which often goes unnoticed by members of the public and I have huge respect for their role in keeping the surgery running smoothly. A great team effort. Thanks for looking after myself and my family. Couldn’t ask for more. | ||||||
