Drove to superhero to collect meds, but it was randomly closed. On Tuesday afternoon. Receptionist told me it was posted on the door and on the web site. Being from a different village, I don't festive past on my way anywhere, so I had not lately checked their door for notices. And it isn't on the Web site. Nope. They really could do a much better job if they started to care about people, instead of worrying about their pay so much. Everyone is having a hard time. Don't add to it just because you can. Can't ring them, none insult, no pharmacy. What's to like here? | ||||||

Their response to the HRT shortage is a disgrace. I have had two pharmacy's request they prescribe an alternative and both of these requests have been ignored. Had to request a paper prescription to try take around different pharmacys and that took two phone calls, an ignored email and an online form request. Bu the time the paper prescription was issued two weeks later the pharmacy was out of stock again. Made another online request to a different pharmacy only to have it rejected as too soon after the last one which was never fulfilled. Cannot ever speak to anyone, no one responds to emails, no one ever calls. Instead you are sent rude abrupt text messages bearing no relationship to the original request that you cant reply to. Pointless even getting a prescription in the first place. | ||||||

Feel compelled to write review seeing such low rating here. Always found this Wye docs to be very efficient and well organized. Whenever had appointment always seen on time and any gp seen was attentive and understanding. Yes Covid now makes it a little trickier but all was still very good. Have flu jab here at surgery Plus blood tests etc. and nursing staff always been excellent. Thank you for you great service | ||||||
