I am so pleased I found another Dr surgery. The new surgery actually have given me appointments to see a Dr. Not too long to wait for an appointment either. Also a physio therapist in a few weeks. It's obvious that the Bethesda surgery isn't run properly. Miss information was given to me when I was a patient there, Receptionist not very helpful and quite unpleasant, enough to send a vulnerable person over the edge. | ||||||

Only seen my Doctor twice in nearly six years at Bethesda and now having to be content with seeing either an incompetent clinician or an incompetent ex-paramedic who cannot see what a bog standard chest infection is I am now going to refuse to see either of these incompetent people and insist I see my designated doctor life's too short to be frobed off by these idiots that can't issue antibiotics when it is plain to see when someone is suffering from a chest infection. THIS PRACTICE IS DANGEROUS!! | ||||||

They are the worst surgery i have ever been to it a horrific experience every single time. The reception team are extremely rude and invasive and lack empathy. They don’t even want to book you in they will make you wait in line then when you get to the desk the tried to send me to self service an when asked if they can simply book you in they give a lot of attitude an speak about you obviously to their colleagues which then makes you further uncomfortable. The dr dont send referrals on time The have also sent my private details to a total different address numerous times. The surgery needs to be shut down i been here three years an there is zero improvement an no one is reprimanded for their bad behaviour | ||||||
