The information on this page is very out-of-date as one of the doctors listed has retired. Never try to ring on a Monday morning for an emergency appointment even if you start at the exact moment the service transfers from the night message - it's a waste of the 30-45 minutes of constant re-dialling needed to get through. Having got the phone ringing and waited for the call to be answered you will very likely be unable to see a doctor as all appointments will be full. If you want to see a specific doctor best to book well ahead, Even when the doctor asks you to return it is unlikely you will be able to have an appointment within this allotted time period without a fight at reception. The reception is manned by what appears to be shift rotas so it is unlikely you will speak with or see the same person even when attending on the same day. This is directly related to how much help you will receive and whether the receptionist on-duty has a grasp of your medical condition. | ||||||

Highly recommend having had a terrible surgery in the past. Easy to get appointments you need and great care received by the doctors and along with the reception and dispensing staff. | ||||||

I had 2 drops of blood in my urine, upon going to the surgery I was seen by the doctor who decided to check all possible options and had me booked for a check of the bladder. Even when booking it, the system warned that it is not normal to recommend this due to my age. Thanks to the doctor being adamant she wanted the check done, we found very early bladder cancer which has been removed, I've been treated and I've now been given the best chances to live a full life. If it had just been put down to some form of UTI, the tumour would have grown and potentially escaped the bladder giving me a very low chance of survival. | ||||||
