No help. No GPs or if there are they are not able to deal with major problems so you wonder if they are Dr's at all. Unhelpful reception except Wendy. The Dr's are unable to help anyone In. pain |

I'm sorry staff and doctors alike, this is what I think. You are very busy but you could easily change this but getting things right the first time. Let's skip over appointments that everyone knows is dire to say the least. But here's the thing. People are calling in blocking the lines to enquire about things that should be done automatically. Like reading letters from hospital consultants rather than just filing them away or loosing them in the system. As just one example this causes calls to the surgery, waiting around while someone speaks to a list of people before you may get a call back eventually to start the process over again. A total waste of time for everyone. Consider being self employed. If you treated your customers like this, you may well find yourselves unemployed. Just do your job and do your best to get it right first time! That advice applies to everyone in the team. |

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the two ladies on reception the nurse and the doctor that helped me yesterday!! I called at 11am to tell them I thought I had suspected water infection.
I turned up at the surgery at 4pm after leaving work early,gave them a sample had it tested and was issued with a prescription within 40 minutes while I waited! Ok water infection isn't major but it's a horrible thing to have and they understood that and dealt with my issue amazingly !!!
I have never had an issue with the surgery in the 7 years I've been there and yesterday they went above and beyond ... THANK YOU SO MUCH ! ???? |
