I went to the reception to leave a private letter for a Doctor. I stood waiting there whilst one of the receptionists was going through a training programme, admittedly they both looked up and the male who was giving the training said 'I will be with you in a minute' however the receptionist seemed unable to grasp the information being given which caused a further delay of me standing awaiting a further 8/10 minutes. I then threw down the envelope on to the reception desk as I had another appointment and then walked out.I have since realised that it was being made obvious to me that it was not necessary for me to speak to either of them. This has confirmed to me that this surgery no longer believes in the importance of any personal interaction with their patients. |

I have lived in Woodingdean since Sept 2018. I have, on a few occasions, tried to get an appointment and always get told there are none available. As a consequence, I seek remedies myself but never no if the series of conditions relates to a singular more serious one. My records will not reflect this and any future GP will not have notes to address any future problems. |

I recently moved into the area from another part of Brighton. I was very happy with the support I received from Woodingdean Medical Centre - both from the GP and the Practice Nurse. I have confidence that I will be further supported in the future by caring and kind professionals. |
