In my experience, this is one of the best GP practices in the country, way above most in Redbridge. It is a role model for other GP's to aspire to. Dr Bukhari is highly professional and experienced in dealing with complex issues, efficiently, thoroughly and compassionately. She loves dealing with the challenges brought to her with great enthusiasm and energy. All her patients agree on her Excellent skills as the best GP anyone can have. | ||||||

GP surgery who today refused to make me a GP appointment in person. I tried to call my surgery last week for an appointment around 4 times on one day and the phone just rung out, no answer no message nothing, my friend also belongs to the same surgery and said she got the same no answer. I tried the next day and was constantly engaged. I go to work and work on a busy help desk and can’t start calling from work. So today I called in to make an appointment. My doctor Dr Bukhari and the receptionist were both behind reception and the response I received left me very cross. She first denied they did not answer the phone, in fact she stated they always answer, she then said I could not make an appointment in person and I had to call at 8am, to which I replied “I did and you didn’t answer “. She told me to go away and try the next day which I said I couldn’t as had to be at work and she still refused to make me an appointment. I clearly told her I don’t need an urgent appointment I just need to see someone about an issue which I have had for a month and is getting worse. I left the surgery cross and frustrated with no appointment. This is ridiculous that this is happening to me and others. First we were stopped from making online appointments and now we can’t make them face to face! My daughter had to call 15 times from work the other day before she got through. People that work find it difficult to do this whilst at work. Why have we been stopped from making online and now in person appointments? Why are our jobs less important than those of the GP’s ? so they refuse to respect our working times too. Can the surgery refuse to make a face to face appointment? | ||||||

Dr bukhari fails to complete referrals and prepare blood test forms and these have to be chased up several times before anything is done. Impossible to speak to dr umrani she is usually excellent. Really fed up with phone system of having to call at 8am. Why can't we book online at a time and day that suits us? We all have busy working lives too. | ||||||
