Very poor service , especially after covid, doctors hiding without looking at patients , emergency calls are only replied after a week (not sure what do they do as no patients are allowed to see the doctor , so what are the time used for ) Covid is good excuse for them to stay away from the patients (don’t they believe the vaccination then, which is said as protect against covid) One household had 3 emergency bookings (daughter , wife and me ) waiting months to get that solved - sending a referral letter . Poor service than any other Far East countries |

My GP has Excellent listening skills, compassionate and very warm.
My GP is extremely warm and provide professional service to my wife and I. Very grateful to my GP and also to the excellent nurse and receptionists.
Kudos to the whole surgery. |

have nothing bad to say about this surgery I was just wondering why there isn't a telephone operator in place when you call. you only get the ringing tone but no one tells you that 'you've called the Cranbrook Surgery' or things like 'you are currently x in the queue'. it feels like you're calling someone's home number. just an idea |
