The service here was once impeccable. Seriously gone down hill. Reception staff are uncaring, never listen and quick to get you off the phone! A real shame as GPs are good. Reception staff need training, in empathy and patience. Especially where the elderly are concerned. | ||||||

The doctors are good but some of the reception staff are very rude. Most of the time you can't get appointments if you call in after 8am. ....Irene is very good and helpful. | ||||||
