I recently attended for cervical screening which was rather overdue, something I had been putting off for a while! The nurse who told me she had recently joined the practice was lovely, patient, reassuring and thorough. I hope she will still be at the practice when I need my next one! To be honest I never write reviews but I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff, receptionists and clinical staff for the care my family and I have received since moving to South Woodford 12 years ago, |

Before we used to get appointments after one week when we wanted them. Today I did not able to get hold over the phone. You will never get appointment when you want them. So i need to call 111 and take emergency appointment. I do not see any purpose of this GP. I am sure some of us get good service but the dissatisfaction level is over 90%. |
