The doctors are great if you can get to see or talk with them. Reception staff are completely unhelpful and unsympathetic and focused on preventing patients getting near the doctors if they can be bothered to stop chatting amongst themselves and deal with the irritation of people asking for help |

I recently visited the surgery for a regular check up that I have. I am very grateful that I have a doctor who is willing to do such regular checks. I would like to say that Wanstead is lucky to have such a good GP practice. All our Doctors are very nice and have given me much support in my life. We are now also lucky to have GP registrars who mean there are more Doctors available to see patients and they are able to finalise their training as our future GPS. They, like our own practice doctors, have always been willing and able to help. I just wanted to say a big Thank you to the whole surgery for what they provide to help me and the many other patients they see. |
