Shocking service - trying to get a telephone Drs appt is impossible - called at 8.30 - straight in a queue only to be called back at 9.25 to be told every appt had gone and to try again tomorrow - rude receptionist - just appalling - they are not even seeing patients face to face - this is just for a telephone consultation- surgery and system is broken | ||||||

I dont know how to describe the terrible service this GP provides. I understand that appointments are limited and it is first come first serve. Fair enough. But they cant even entertain your request for a repeat prescription. They dont have any pen to write with. They are toi busy to fill in the form in computer screen. The woman in reception, she is unfit for the job. If you request for anything, she will give you such a look that the Queen herself would envy. Utterly disgrace. Is there any regulatory body where can we complain? | ||||||
