A nightmare trying to get through on the phone to make an appointment.The system is useless.People have to live in pain unless you are very lucky to get appointments. | ||||||

My calls are always promptly answered and I find the doctors and the reception staff friendly and caring. I had to pick up the form for my blood test from the surgery and failing to do so the day before I went to the practice the next day before they were open for the day. The receptionist helped me even though she technically did not have to. | ||||||

I couldn’t express it more, DO NOT GO TO THIS GP! They are shambles and if you need an appointment expect to wait at least 3 weeks, even for an emergency appointment you’re looking at a few days wait. I had a phone appointment today for 11:10am which was booked by 111, I called the reception at 12pm as i hadn’t received a call, and they said i never had an appointment and would have to call back at 1:30 to book. I then missed the call at 1pm as they had called me 2 hours after my appointment time and i didn’t know i was even getting a call. Ridiculous. | ||||||
