If I could give negative stars I would.I did not get tge care I deserve was not even listened to properly .I this is not the first time feel like that. |

I have been a patients of this surgery for many years and every 4to5 years had to see a doctor there.My last visit afrer years I had to wait over 1 hour to be seen ,as I was the first patient I expected to be seen ontime.Then when they called me to the surgery I was rushed so much that I could not speak faster .I had booked double appointment and waited sometimes for that appointment. Then I left confused of what was happening .As I was driving half way to my house I realised that the doctor didn't give me the prescription. I drove back asked the receptionist who asked the GP about the prescription .He did NOT know then they asked me at the reception infront of all the patients what the prescription was about so had to explain my condition there ,then the doctor said OK I'll send it to the pharmacy. I am seriously thinking of changing because I felt not listened to and not cared about my condition and the prescription I am not get it as I have lost my trust. Unfortunately we rely these GPs who are playing GOD for us. |

I have been a patient for 27 years at this surgery and I can honestly say best service I have ever experienced. Staff are helpful and Dr Marc Dissanyake has been brilliant he diagnosed my skin condition many years ago and goes out of his way to help me . My condition is rare Hailey hailey and Dr Dissanyake has gone to exceptional lengths to help me To live a better life ?? Thank you |
