I had venus surgery abroad when I came back to the UK, I met with the doctor and got the photo of the operated leg, I talked to the doctor and told him I want sickness notes that I can't work, he refused to give me, he said I want evidence, I got the photos he hung up on me, I asked for his name, I didn't get it and he was very rude, I sent an email to the GP, there is no answer, now I have taken the matter to court, I don't understand what kind of doctors these are who don't know how to deal with patients, they don't understand at all the task they have taken the money for nothing

They are killing patients!! NHS please investigate!! The receptionist is preparing different medications to patients, she will prescription a different medication from what doctors have mentioned. The patients will then go to pharmacy and take different medications that are harmful to them. My mum was about to die of taking 20mg of blood thinner medicine, which she was supposed to be taking 10mg. How can they do a mistake like this. This is done for purpose and went on for several months. How can Doctor prescription 10mg and pharmacy will give 20mg? National Health service’s please investigate this place. Something totally wrong and scary is happening.

The worst GP surgery I've ever experienced. The receptionist make the simplest of tasks as difficult as possible and it's virtually impossible to see a doctor. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, their online app never works (PATCHES) and the staff are incompetent and rude.
