Bounds Green Group Practice Gordon Road N11 2PF Thursday 11/05/2023 After having a sleepless night I phoned the surgery, was on the phone for one and quarter hours twice the line was dropped and when the phone connected the female person on the reception said call in the afternoon or have a telephone consultation for Saturday I needed to see doctor then and there! I was very dizzy and feeling sick, however decided to go to the surgery and request for a quick appointment. As I stepped in the surgery a cheerful person (Kiran) with wide smile asked what I can do for you? He comforted me, he was very understanding ask me to take a seat as I was 20 minutes early.. While I was there to have an appointment booked, I observed he was very actively trying to look after other patients from booking appointments to showing patients where to deposit bottles, helping filling the forms for the new patients, showing new mums to the lift etc Overall as other patient with me ‘A lovely son’! A great potential for the surgery! As I have been registered for almost a year this was my 3/4 visit. I have been seen by the two great doctors of the surgery Dr Richard Sennett Dr Neame They both have done so much for me, I appreciate their caring nature. I felt blessed to have such a great doctors taking care of me. Thank you all for your great care. | ||||||
