This surgery isn't keeping up with current healthcare. They seem to only focus on steroid injections and lack awareness or knowledge of basic medicine such as blood diseases. They need more female Doctors in the management team to ensure they avoid patronising patients and dismissing their concerns as 'somatic' in the future. | ||||||

I had submitted a urine sample approximately two weeks and when I called for my results they informed me that they mislabelled, therefore come and do another one again. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t informed me due to lack of professionalism and my health could had been in risky. | ||||||
