I have been receiving numerous phone calls, text messages and voicemails regarding booking an appointment, I have been chased to come in but I am not able to book an appointment when I call back to make one. I am told to call back at 8 am even to book several weeks ahead. This system is clearly a joke. I also work in the NHS therefore it is difficult for me to call at 8 am as we have the same procedure at our surgery. This morning I have been trying for more than 1.5 hours to get through to the practice with no success SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BOOK MY REVIEW APPOINTMENT AND GET MY MEDS? I am communicating this on here as it seems to be the only way of communication with the practice. Clearly this needs to be overlooked and reviewed to see if it working because you cant be contacting patients using several different methods to book appointments and then not offer any to them. I sincerely apologise for the issues you have had booking a review appointment, after we requested you should be seen. I completely agree that this is not acceptable, and I am immediately putting into place a protocol that will accommodate the patients we have asked to book an appointment for a review. Tried to book on patientsaccess but forest road practice does not show phoned after waiting 24 minutes got unhelpfall answer have problems with my ear. What's the point of wanting you to use web site when they are not listed. Going by amount of patients shown onthis web site they have to many but are still taking new | ||||||

I have been helped by a lovely lady at the surgery. She goes above and beyond to help me always.My son was suffering with Mental health issues a few months ago and she got him the help he so urgently needed.i saw her today at the surgery and she once again was so helpful and polite. | ||||||
