I am Vijay Bhatti working as Bus Driver at Arriva London. I am suffering from severe back pain and i am on sick leave. My treatment is going under Newham transitional practices. My sick leave was about to finish on 1.07.2022 and my next appointment was on 06.07.2022 due to busy schedule. I was getting difficulty in getting my sick note on time. But Ms. Shirley at the reception helped me alot to getting my sick note on time.She arranged my sick note by discussing with doctor at priority before my appointment on 06.07.22.Otherwise it would be very difficult for me to get my sick pay without submitting sick note. I am very grateful to her. All staff are very co-operative and special thanks to Shirley to help me out in such difficult situation. | ||||||

Hi Called in the morning requesting a call back from the doctor and the receptionist told me I will be receiving a call after 11 am the lady was right I did.The doctor is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She’s always so kind and helpful. The receptionists are always polite and dedicated to help you out. Thank you so much for such an amazing service! | ||||||

I called in and made an appointment to see a doctor like always we can always see the doctor we want to see,the reception does an amazing job attending their patients.
I came to my appointment I am very satisfied with the doctor she has always helped me and gave me good advice for my well being.
